Frequently Asked Questions
Below are a few of the questions
I get asked most often.
Do you take commissions?
I sure do! Creating commissions is one of my favorite things because I get to work so closely with my clients to collaborate and design something beautiful & unique. I offer a limited number of commissions each year, so if you are interested email Kaitlyn at MossKeepStudio@gmail.com so I can learn a little more about your idea and what you'd like to see. From start to finish, commission works can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to be completed and prices vary depending on the scope of the painting. Once I know more about what you'd like created I can develop more accurate price details.
Can you recreate a painting you already sold?
The answer is yes, with the understanding that every painting that I create is a unique work of art. They will vary inherently and sometimes I will specifically alter the painting slightly to give it additional life. I can also make alterations involving size and color. Just send me an email and let me know which painting you like and if you have any special requests.
I'm a shop owner and would love to sell your work. Is this possible?
Yes! I only offer particular series to shops and galleries, so email MossKeepStudio@gmail.com with your inquiry and we can go from there.
Do you offer prints?
For many years I have only offered originals. To me original artwork possesses a life that prints do not. I have been considering a few different alternatives to prints but have yet to decide on how I would like to proceed. So for now, I will offer only originals, but it won't be too long before "prints" of some sort will be offered.
Do you have gallery representation?
Yes, I have had gallery representation with Gallery at Somes Sound since 2021. I truly love connecting with my collectors and also happily sell my own work. I am also open to additional representation opportunities, should a right fit arise.
Would you work with interior designers?
Yes, email MossKeepStudio@gmail.com for more details and pricing.
What is your return or exchange policy?
I strive for 100% client satisfaction. Therefore, if you receive an item and for any reason would like to return it, I will offer you a full refund within 5 days of receiving the artwork equal to the cost of the piece, minus the cost of shipping, if applicable. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received as well as in the same packaging or you will forgo refund. There are no "free returns" and a purchaser who wants to return a piece will incur the cost of shipping. There will be no returns/refunds on completed commission pieces or once the commissioned piece has been approved.
Please take the time to read my listing descriptions carefully, and check colors on different screens if color variation is a concern. I attempt to photograph each piece to capture the works most true-to-life color representation but realize the colors may vary slightly in person.
